We are hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA or BCaBA) to provide supervision services at our Outpatient Pediatric Center location in Lawton, OK.

The BCBA will provide direct services, employee oversight, observations, supervise cases, and provide ABA training.

Job Description:
Supervise employees providing autism services in our outpatient center and at home
Plan/conduct on-going trainings and create training materials for all practitioners providing autism services
Conduct ABA initial evaluations and ongoing evaluations as required for insurance company authorization
Conduct initial ABLLS-R/VB-MAPP assessment for children and update assessments every 4-6 months
Provide parent training
Design, review, and make necessary changes to ABA program books
Develop goals, track data, and train ABA therapists on each child’s ABA program book
Help oversee and design social skills classes
Support autism services practitioners to facilitate problem resolution, communication between team members, and service provision
Supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the Autism Division in the Oklahoma Center
Ensure compliance with BACB and insurance company regulations
Share resources with family/staff/consultants
Develop statistical reports in accordance with Sunny Days requirements
Travel required
Perform other duties as assigned/required
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification required
Must have supervision certificate from BACB
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to function independently
Ability to multitask
